When Ola called me seven months earlier, it was practically a short conversation. It was about a wedding session that was to take place at the end of September. It doesn't often happen that a client is decided almost immediately - that was the case here - a very quick and efficient decision. Likewise, as it turned out later, all other matters were similar - lovely, extremely efficiently organized young people.
Three months before their most important day, we met in Gdańsk, first of all to get to know each other - it helps a lot during photo shoots, when both parties know each other a bit. Very unhurriedly, sipping coffee, we talked about their dreams for 'that' day, plans, ideas, expectations and what was important for both of them in the photography I was supposed to do for them.
Our meeting ended with a short outdoor session - a great way to get used to the presence of a photographer with a lens aimed straight at the couple. Watching the example photos that are created even on such an occasion, definitely affects the construction of positive feelings and trust towards the photographer.
And the resulting photos... can be used, for example, as a nice addition to wedding invitations.
